• Campus tours are offered every Friday at 9:00 AM when school is in session. Please come to the Secondary Office on the North side of the building for tours.

Financial Aid Application

When should I submit the Finacial Aid application?

There is no deadline for financial aid applications, HOWEVER, because our funds are allotted on a first come first serve basis, we encourage all families to apply as early as possible. 

What can financial aid be used for?

Financial aid may be applied to K-12 tuition only. Enrollment and school fees are excluded.

If I received financial aid this year, do I need to reapply for the following year? 

Yes. All MCA families must re-apply for financial aid every school year and funds are not guaranteed.

When will my application be reviewed? 

Applications must be finished with all required documents provided before it will be considered.  Please contact Blackbaud if you need assistance with using the application. They can be reached by phone at (800) 360-8027 or by email at financialaidsupport@blackbaud.school.

Does MCA offer any other tuition assistance programs?  

MCA only offers financial aid. We encourage families to investigate ACE Scholarships as a potential scholarship option. Please direct all ACE Scholarship specific questions to their website/customer service department. Please note, a Blackbaud Financial Aid Managment application must be submitted prior to submitting an ACE Scholarships application. Please be sure to pay close attention to the ACE Scholarships deadline (found on their website).
