Hailing from Washington State, Colorado, California and Alabama, God’s grace has afforded many opportunities for me to serve students and children for close to 20 years. For the last 8 years I have taught History, Bible, Audio/Visual Production, coached football and been in IT management. I have worked PreK to High School and I have been blessed to be used for students, families, and fellow teachers each and every year.
Christ’s Commission calls all believers to give themselves to the gracious call of the Gospel, to baptize and disciple His children unto the coming of His Kingdom, as all things have been put under Him. What a blessing that He has called us to partake in the provision of the same Gospel that saved us! The Lord has graciously provided ministry opportunity for me both in the local church and in Christian education or vocation literally my whole life. I am excited that the Lord has called me to Kansas to continue in ministry training at The Expositors Seminary and to serve Him at Maranatha!
The greatest blessings in my life are that I am counted a child of God, the husband of Crystal, and the father of five children, Jadyn, Annalise, Elijah, Zechariah, and Lillian. Our family attends Mission Road Bible Church in Prairie Village. If I have spare time I love read or to landscape and garden.
2 Corinthians 5:20 – 6:4a
Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. And working together with Him, we also urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain—for He says,
“ AT the acceptable time I listened to you,
And on the day of salvation I helped you.”
Behold, now is “ the acceptable time,” behold, now is “ the day of salvation”—giving no cause for offense in anything, so that the ministry will not be discredited, but in everything commending ourselves as servants of God…
Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
