Ministry & Service
faith in action

The Community Service Program is an integral part of the spiritual development of the students at Maranatha Academy. It adds the dimension of faith in action to our curriculum and encourages students to reach out to those in need.

Our goal is to teach compassion and understanding for others. It is through these life-challenging experiences that students learn more about themselves and others. We hope to create a spirit of giving that will last a lifetime for these young men and women. There are many different opportunities offered by MCA to engage with our community:

  • 9th-11th Grade Spring Break Mission Trip
  • Camp Cumcito
  • Nursing home outreach
  • Citywide Outreach Serve Day
  • and many more
