Coaching Philosophy:
I believe that you play the game the same way as you practice.
I believe that if you’re not making mistakes, you aren’t trying hard enough.
I believe that a player should practice as if they were the worst and play as if they are the best.
Effort and how mistakes are handled is controlled by the player, but instilled by the coach.
My goal is for each player to improve as a person, player and teammate.
I believe that since most players are visual learners, including video in practices is a must.
